EMSS National Safety Passport has improved

Since 2007 we have constantly worked to improve workflow and user experience for the EMSS National Safety Passport.

Our latest major upgrade is launched on the 1st March 2016.

The key improvements are:

  • Integrated Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Direct access to passport holders from the purchaser account
  • Mobile, tablet and desktop friendly interface
  • Replacement of email with username for online training course
  • Faster card production timeframe by integrating the LMS directly
  • Combination of the EMSS and National Safety Passport to one brand

In addition to the improvements we have removed some features which were not being used and caused user confusion.

The elements removed are:

  • Logins apart from purchasers and candidates
  • Authentication requirement for competency items
  • All profiles except for passport holders

All passport holders information will be transferred automatically and no action is required to access the improvements.
